The NSA sponsored SB 241 that rewrote Nevada's construction defect laws.

The NSA serves subcontractors in Nevada, providing a strong voice with government regulators and lawmakers.
The NSA  is fighting a crucial battle against unfair and damaging construction defect lawsuits.  The NSA is working with leading lawmakers to pass legislation that will protect the rights of subcontractors when it comes to litigation.
The NSA fought for and won the "right to repair" before being dragged into litigation.
The NSA is providing leadership in a Voter Registration Drive, and working with the Nevada Voter Network to register thousands of voters.
